Returns & Refunds

At we value our relationship with you, and take pride in the products we offer.

However, we understand that from time to time, you may wish to return a product to us.



Notify Us

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order. If you choose to email us, please provide a telephone number so that we can discuss your return request.



Shortages, Damages and Loss in Transit

You must advise us of shortages, damage in transit, or loss in transit within 3 days of delivery.

If you have used or modified the product, we are not obliged to accept a return.

Please phone Premier Packaging Ltd where we will remedy your shortage, damage or loss by replacing products that we are satisfied have been lost or damaged in transit.



Defective Items

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery about any defective products.

It is your responsibility to report items within this timeframe to qualify for a return.

Premier Packaging Ltd may arrange collection of the defective item. Items must be returned to us unused.



Customer Mistake or Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind, or the items are no longer needed, you can request a return, which may be subject to restocking charges.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you request to return the order.

Orders must be returned within 21 days of delivery back to Premier Packaging Ltd.

Products returned must be unused and in a saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund.
